Study in Japan

I recommend applying to Japanese universities, which are not as expensive as American and European universities, but provide better education than most universities in those countries.

It is possible to study with a scholarship in both master's and bachelor's studies. You can apply for the MEXT scholarship program, which is opened twice a year. The program has both an embassy and a university arm. You can apply to the Japanese embassy in Azerbaijan or to the university online. If you win the scholarship, the university costs are waived, and you get a stipend of about $1,200 a month. Universities also have their own scholarship programs that you can apply for if you are eligible.

The international Japanese language level exam is held twice a year, on the Sunday of the first week of July and December. You can buy the exam ticket from the Japanese embassy on the dates when the tickets go on sale.
